Role Overview

• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative, high-quality visual content that communicates the company’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, precision, and technical expertise to deliver impactful designs that support corporate goals and life-saving initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work on a wide range of projects across digital and print platforms, delivering high-quality visuals that reflect the company’s brand identity.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions using layout, typography, color theory, composition, and imagery to communicate key messages effectively.
• Develop digital assets including social media creatives, banners, website visuals, and email templates.
• Create print materials such as brochures, packaging, infographics, signage, stationery, and other marketing collateral.
• Produce impactful visual communication materials that are tailored for both web and print media, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and marketing professionals to ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Contribute innovative ideas for branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and problem-solving, ensuring designs drive the desired impact.
• Review, refine, and finalize all designs to maintain the highest standards of creativity, precision, and brand consistency.
• Ensure adherence to design principles, ethical standards, and project deadlines, while delivering visually appealing and effective content.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional design experience (2–3 acceptable with strong portfolio).
• Design Expertise: Strong skills in layout, color theory, composition, typography, and iconography.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Various AI tools and any other software you deem fit).
• Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience with a proven track Record.
• Creativity: Ability to interpret abstract ideas and translate them into visually engaging designs.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and diligence in producing high-quality work.
• Independence: Capability to work independently.
• Aesthetic Sense: A refined understanding of design principles and a strong creative vision.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, independence, accountability, and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary starting from 20,000 INR/month to 70,000 INR/month
(will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)

Working hours: 10 AM -7PM
Sunday holiday

You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year
1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)

You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days

advance notice
Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor’s note
