Job Title: Editor/Copywriter – Corporate Communication

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic graduate or master’s in English to join our Corporate Communications team. As an Editor/Copywriter, you will craft and refine content that represents our company’s voice, ensuring clear, professional, and engaging communication across internal and external channels.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Writing and developing content for internal communications (emails, newsletters, intranet), external communications (press releases, brochures, social media, website), marketing campaigns, and corporate reports; translating complex corporate messages into clear, engaging language.
• Editing & Proofreading: Ensuring all corporate documents are grammatically correct, consistent in tone, and free of errors; maintaining brand voice and style; fact-checking content before publication.
• Content Strategy: Planning content aligned with business objectives; adapting messaging for different audiences.
• Collaboration: Coordinating with PR, marketing, HR, and management teams; liaising with designers for layouts of brochures, reports, and presentations.
• Corporate Branding: Maintaining consistent tone, language, and style across all communication channels.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong writing skills are welcome.
• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in written work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or social media is a plus.
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
