Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Professional with expertise in the high-end medical devices sales. This role is designed for professionals who excel in securing deals, expanding market reach, and driving revenue growth. Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target hospitals to establish revenue share agreements for high-end medical equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, doctors, and decision-makers, to facilitate deal negotiations.
- Create and execute a strategic business plan tailored to securing revenue share deals within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Arrange appointments with hospitals, pathologists, and distributors, and deliver compelling presentations to promote high-end medical equipment and revenue share models.
- Provide accurate and consistent sales forecasts to sales management, reflecting realistic revenue projections and deal progress.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement with medical and healthcare sector contacts, enhancing market presence.
- Facilitate seamless communication between sales, marketing, medical, and support teams to optimize customer experience and deal execution.
- Implement post-sales protocols for installation, implementation, and adoption, collaborating with sales and service teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support new customers in clinical adoption of technologies, ensuring they achieve clinical and economic goals, driving satisfaction and utilization rates.
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the VELscope Vx and DNA Ploidy Technology, stay informed about industry and market trends to stay competitive.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in securing revenue share, high value deals & building a distribution network for medical devices/instruments and/or diagnostics business, and Healthcare industry.
- 4+ years of successful sales experience in high end medical devices.
- Strong network and relationship management skills with hospital administrators, doctors, and key decision-makers.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical product details effectively.
- Sales team management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Academic qualification is not a prerequisite, but an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
